Fans try to get a look at a TV outside of Fenway Park for updates on the Boston Marathon explosions. (MLB.com) BOSTON -- The sirens kept coming in a steady stream of noise that formed its own dreary song as fans outside of Fenway Park huddle around a televised newscast to hear the latest on explosions in Copley Square on Monday afternoon. With helicopters buzzing through the skies, the newscast showed frantic scenes near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, less than an hour after the Red Sox defeated the Rays, 3-2. "We were sitting at Who's on First," said Robert Francis Gailes, a Red Sox fan from Lee, Mass. "All of a sudden, we heard this bomb went off. Two of our friends have people running in the race." Who's on First, a bar located on Yawkey Way just outside the park, temporarily held their line upon hearing the news but started letting customers in shortly afterward. Tears streamed down the faces of many people. People dressed in Red Sox gear scampered up and down the street, holding their phones high in the air. Many yelled out that their signal was jammed.
