(AP) LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Jordan Parraz's leadoff home run fueled a five-run sixth inning that carried the Braves to a 9-5 win over the Nationals at Champion Stadium on Tuesday afternoon. Evan Gattis followed Parraz's game-tying home run with a double that put him in position to score on Freddie Freeman's go-ahead single. Juan Francisco capped his two-hit game with an RBI single against Nationals right-hander Ryan Perry, who allowed four hits and issued two walks while facing six batters in the decisive fifth inning. Bryce Harper led the Nationals with three hits, including a double off Mike Minor in Washington's two-run first inning. Harper also singled and scored on Ian Desmond's go-ahead single against Dusty Hughes in the top of the fifth inning. Justin Upton and B.J. Upton recorded RBI singles against Ross Detwiler in the Braves' two-run third inning. After limiting the Braves to one hit in the first two innings, Detwiler allowed four hits -- all singles -- while facing just six batters in the third. The left-hander was charged with five hits and two runs while completing 2 2/3 innings in his Grapefruit League debut.
